I am a 47 year old woman who is interested in folklore, comparative religion, and working on my dissertation in folklore. I am happy to be back in Louisiana and love it here for the fishing, the food, and the lifestyle. I am laid back and mostly looking for friends, rather than marriage (till death do us part is so very final-sounding). Oh, and I am a very large woman, so if you are phobic about fat women, then you may not like me. Other than that, of course, I am perfect. No, really. Well, actually my housekeeping isn't too great because I am usually too busy to bother, but I can cook, especially Mexican and Asian food, and I love people I can have intelligent or silly or both kinds of conversation with. I also enjoy children and animals because they make me laugh. Anybody who makes me laugh is a great person in my book.
