I retired from the Marine Corps after 22 years and currently work for a national telephone company as a contract analyst.
I work very hard at everything I do; sometimes those pesky little DIY jobs take a little longer than normal, but I get it done with just a couple more trips to Home Depot or Lowe’s.
I enjoy cooking, both in and out of the kitchen, but lean towards the grill.
I enjoy a wide variety of things, from going somewhere to watch a play or concert; taking in a game of pool or darts, not really good at either, but I love to play. Oh, and if you are truly old fashioned, then you'll enjoy bowling.
Of course as we all get a little younger, we all change our taste in music, but I still like everything from easy listening and jazz to a good rendition of Stairway to Heaven, but I just can’t get myself to tune into Rap.
Favorite type of weekend - well I would have to say whether it's at the beach enjoying a great sunset, in front a cozy fire with a bottle of wine, on the couch cuddled up for a good movie, or in bed being lazy on the weekend; as long it’s with the one I love, I could be anywhere!
